TAG Resort is the newest destination resort and social hot spot in Coron island – Palawan’s Enchanted Paradise. What are the facilities of the resort?
TAG Resort has impressive amenities consistent with a 4-star hotel. It has well-appointed rooms and casitas, breathtaking lagoon pools, a poolside lounge bar, a commercial strip with retail shops, an iconic Tree of Light which houses a grill resto and bar, a restaurant serving Filipino and international cuisine, function rooms and a main ballroom that can accommodate up to 500 guests.

Where is TAG Resort located?
TAG RESORT is conveniently on Coron’s main highway – a 20-minute drive away from the Francisco B. Reyes Airport and only 10 minutes from downtown Coron. You can find us at National Highway, Sitio Dipulao, Brgy. Poblacion 6, Coron, Palawan.

What are your check-in and checkout times?
Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and checkout time is 12:00 NN.
Can I request for early check-in or late checkout?
For early check-ins and late checkouts, we suggest you inform concierge in advance to check on room availability. We may also require pre-registration and payment for guaranteed check-in for arrivals prior to 2:00 PM.
Is concierge open 24 hours?
Our concierge is open from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Afterhours, our Front Desk staff is ready to greet you with a warm “mopya!” and serve you at any time, day or night.
Does the resort have wifi or internet connection?
Wifi is available free of charge for registered guests in all TAG Resort rooms and public areas.
Is shuttle service available?
The hotel has dedicated service vehicles for airport pickups and dropoffs. We can also arrange special trips for you to the various tourist sights and destinations around Coron. You may book through our concierge desk or email email@example.com.
Can I leave my luggage?
Certainly. We can look after your luggage if your room is not available yet upon check-in or checkout.
What types of transportation are available in Coron?
You can get around Coron town by motorbike, tricycle, jeepney, chartered van or bus. Small boats also make regular trips to the many sightseeing spots on the island. Please ask or email our concierge for the most accurate seasonal schedule.
Is breakfast included in the rates?
Yes, buffet breakfast is included in our rates. Breakfast is served between 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM daily. You may also enjoy meals at our various dining establishments.
Do you offer room service for meals?
Food and drinks may be ordered from BunTag, Tambayan Grill and Taza Café in-room with a service charge of 12% added to your total bill.
Do you have smoking and non-smoking rooms?
As we are deeply committed to keeping TAG Resort smoke-free and green, we currently do not have options for smoking rooms. We have, however, provided a number of common areas with ashtrays you may use for smoking.
Do you have rooms for persons with disabilities?
Yes, some of our rooms and casitas are specially designed for greater PWD accessibility. Please check with us for reservations on these special rooms.
Do you have dining options?
TAG Resort has a variety of dining options for guests. Our Taza Café serves light meals and excellent coffee beverages; BunTag Restaurant offers buffet-style dining, while Tambayan Grill has an impressive selection of char-grilled meats, carefully curated Craft Beer and quality wines.
What room amenities do you offer?
You’ll be delighted to find that our room amenities are all hand-made, organic and sustainably made, sourcing local ingredients and crafted by Filipino artists. Aside from our shower gels, shampoos and accessories, we also offer gourmet coffee in every room with our Essse 12 Italian Espresso Coffee Machine.
Do the rooms have showers?
All of our rooms have their own showers with commercial-grade filtered running water so you can drink directly from our taps.
Are pets allowed to stay at the resort?
Yes, we do accommodate furbabies with a surcharge. Please request for our pet-friendly rooms when making your reservation.
How do I book a room?
You may book or reserve a room online via www.tagresorts.com.ph. Often, you can get exclusive deals and special rates if you book through our website. As a general rule, the earlier you book, the lower the rate.
Do you have function rooms for big events and meetings?
TAG Resort houses Coron’s largest event places for the M.I.C.E. market. Our Tanghalan Ballroom can accommodate up to 500 guests for special occasions, trade launches and events. We also have three Talakayan function rooms for business meetings, the Tampisaw poolside lounge for more intimate gatherings, as well as several open-air venue options for big groups.

What are the payment options available?
We accept cash or credit card payments upon check-in or via our online payment portals. You may also pay through bank deposit with 3 days clearance prior to check-in.
Do children stay for free?
Children up to the age of 2 can stay for free, but adults must accompany them at all times.
How much do you charge for an extra bed?
An extra bed will be charged P1,500 / night including breakfast for 1 person.
Can you arrange Coron sightseeing tours for your guests?
Absolutely. Our Front Desk may arrange adventure tours for you so you can experience and see the beauty of Coron island – one of the best eco-tourism destinations in the world.
How are you safeguarding guests against contagious diseases such as COVID-19?
We value the health and well-being of our guests and colleagues, especially in critical times such as these. To ensure this, TAG RESORT CORON has put safety measures in place for protection against COVID-19 and other infectious diseases. We advocate frequent handwashing and have amply provided for sanitation zones within our property. We have also equipped our security team with temperature scanners and made sure our on-site medical staff are trained and compliant with protocol set by the Department of Health in managing emergency cases should they arise. Our responsibility to your safety is important to us – and we will do whatever it takes to uphold that commitment.
